I love animals and angels and this deck brings the two together in such a beautiful way! And with the added element of the cosmos I connected with the cards immediately!! The artwork is dreamy and invokes connectedness to love, inner strength, wisdom, expansion, expression and acceptance of what our divine purpose is as physical beings. The guidebook is the cherry on top and provides a deeper look at our cosmic lineage! Thanks Dianna Cooper!
Love the cards themselves but the card stock quality of the deck that I received was awful!It came with the corners "ready to RIP off" 😢. See pictures. I shuffled one time and yep some fell off. Sent for replacement deck, we shall see if I get the same thing. I hope not because I really like the deck!Update:Just received my replacement deck. Everything seems fine except one card. It has two rips in it. I've added 2 pictures. Noticed something before I removed the paper closure strip.Such a shame, I love working with this deck.
Was excited by the concept and the content, but couldn’t help feeling disappointed. Cards seemed rushed or printed cheaply. They are crooked, were all bent in the lower right corner, and the art even seems slightly blurry and low-res. Booklet has decent guidance about the animal spirit, but no information about the archangels. Just seems to be sloppy overall.
In reality, 3 stars is probably a little low, but I couldn't go with 4. These cards are beautifully illustrated but, after reading the corresponding meaning in the booklet, I was really confused. I read it 3 times, and kept asking myself what I had read, and what the author was trying to say. If you are into astrology, you may relate to these but I just couldn't.I like how she tied the animals to the angels, but just can't recommend anything that requires online research to clarify the meanings.
From the moment I saw this card deck I knew I had to have it even though I have so many card decks,that I am running out of room.Diana Cooper her card decks in general are like no other card decks I have ever seen.In this card deck she puts some of what you see in her other card decks in this one.In the background of the cards I am seeing orbs here and there just like in her orbs card deck which I also own as well.The backgrounds of the cards are very abstract like the colors in each cards combined very beautifully and filled with light as well as has the orbs like I mentioned before.I also like how the third eye chakra is highlighted on most of the animal,bird,or insect in the card deck and that shows more then one of the same type of animal,bird,or insect which I love to see on cards because it shows on the card that you have more then one animal,bird or insect looking after you which is definitely a comfort.I like especially that this deck includes insects not many card decks acknowledge insects.I also like that the book is in alphabetical order,so it's easy to look up what ever card you pick from the card deck.The only thing I don't like like another reviewer mentioned there is not a lot of reference or talk regarding the archangels connected to each animal,but it doesn't matter to me.I already know a lot about most of the angels mentioned because I read may books about angels.I am looking forward to working with this card deck.
I had these on preorder for a long while because I liked the artwork. The cards themselves are kind of crappy though. The cardstock is very cheap and flimsy and the meanings on the cards and inside the guidebook are extremely plain with overused phrases/meanings. There is nothing original about them and hayhouse needs to chill on production of cards because they are not delivering quality decks anymore. Everything seemed rushed and I wish I could get a refund.
My cards were cheaply printed corners of them were all coming off they weren’t cut properly I want my money back!
