This is a classic and since college days I've often missed having a copy at hand. Having all such information organized, tabulated, and clearly annotated makes for very satisfying access compared to searching the internet.The contents do get updated over the years but the vast bulk of information remains valid and relevant for 10, 20 years or longer. I settled on this 85th edition since it was in great condition and very attractively priced.
Well worth picking one of these up. It has a good section of maths formulas at the back also (the CRC maths book is something else...).
A little shopworn, but a great value (Chemical properties do not change)

Simply put if you are talking a chemistry or physics course in college just buy this book (any edition). It contains information that you will need for classes and labs it is a great resource. I bought this book used. When I bought this book the 90th edition had come out. This made this edition about 40 dollars and it was worth every penny.
