“Nuwave Oven Cookbook - 250†by Ananda Graves. 2018By far, this is the worst cookbook we have encountered in decades. Do not waste your money! Reasons:1. No index is provided2. No photos of prepared meals3. Visually, a poorly formatted product with recipes running from page to page, as if a Kindle file rather than a paginated, print document4. Obviously a low-budget, homemade book, even with page numbers not done incorrectly: i.e., “133 I Pageâ€. Self-publishing at its worst! Maybe worth $4.99 if it was complete.And, how can you dare omit an entire category of food (Pork) without stating this fact in the book’s description. If this is a Kosher cookbook, then say so! Turkey bacon references nearly confirm this. How about the other topics that were omitted: Stage Cooking, Dehydration and other cooking features of the NuWave?The color, high-quality, NuWave “Manual & Complete Cookbook†provided with our new Elite Oven is a quality product with all topics covered. I wish we had received this before I ordered the substandard, incomplete book by “Author†Graves.We will certainly return the Graves’ product.

This is a poor excuse for a "cookbook." It has no table of contents, such as: Meat, Poultry, Seafood, etc. It has no index. It is very poorly written, with entire words left out of the text! There is no spacing between recipes, just one after the other. I returned it.
Words alone do not describe the way the dishes in the book are supposed to look like when ready to serve.I am just an average man who needs illustrations or pictures of the dishes, otherwise I have not clue as to what I am cooking. I am not asking for a refund or to return the book, but it is useless to me. I will find a friend or relative to whom the book would be more useful. It was a disappointment to me when I opened the carton
